Nani® was born in Switzerland, near Lake Geneva.
Yes, all our products have a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects.
You can write to us to find out when the product will be back in stock. In the case of limited edition colours, the product may not be available again.
Colours of product images may vary slightly depending on your device or the type of image or video. If you are in any doubt about the colour of an item, especially leather personalised items which are not covered by the returns policy, please contact customer services.

Yes, you will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.
Payments
PayPal, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), TWINT and Klarna.
All transactions are protected by SSL encryption. Nani® does not store credit card details.
Shipping
We ship throughout Europe from Switzerland with tracked PRIORITY PLUS Mail. Times vary depending on country and destination address, but we guarantee a safe and convenient service. Any shipping costs will be visible at check-out. For shipments outside Switzerland, customs duties, local VAT, and clearance fees may apply and must be paid directly to the carrier.
Shipping to Switzerland is always free of charge. For the purchase of chains or carabiners only, a contribution of € 5 is required.
Shipping is free of charge above 180 CHF. Shipping costs for lower orders will be calculated at checkout. It is not permitted to purchase only necklaces or carabiners outside Switzerland. Taxes and customs duties will be payable to the courier who will inform you of the exact amount.
For orders to the EU, duties or VAT may apply according to the regulations of the destination country. The client bears these costs.
These costs are not included in the order total and must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier on delivery.
From the time the parcel is handed over to the courier, it will take between 2 and 5 working days depending on the country of destination. Special orders or re-orders may take up to 6-8 weeks due to the handmade nature of leather products.
All deliveries are tracked and insured up to CHF 50. In case of any issues, please contact us and we will handle the matter directly with the Swiss Post.
Returns and Refunds
Please send an e-mail to support@nanipets.com within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. In the message, please indicate the order number, the item code and the reason for the return request. The item must be returned within 30 days after delivery. Once we receive your e-mail, we will guide you step by step.

However, if something does not live up to your expectations, or if there is a manufacturing fault, you can request a return by following the instructions provided.
